This course is for anyone who wants to improve their pistol work and learn to defend themselves inside and maneuver through a building. The pistol work on Saturday will carry over and support the CQB work. Any level shooter is welcome. We pride ourselves on being able to facilitate the beginner and the more proficient shooters simultaneously.
Saturday – Practical Pistol
Min Required for course:
– Modern Semi-auto Handgun, subcompact or larger and 9mm or larger
– Modern Holster (OWB kydex is recommended)
– 3 Magazines
– 2 Magazine Holders/Pouches
– 400 Rounds of Ammunition
– Eye protection
– Ear protection (active, Peltor style highly recommended)
– Food and drinks for the day (We take short lunch breaks. Remaining onsite for lunch helps)
Sunday – CQB
We will cover considerations and implementation of defensive techniques for single persons inside the home, work place and/or other structures. All guns, gear, and ammo (airsoft or similar) will be provided. The only equipment required by attendees is clear eye protection and food/drink for the day.
Refunds for courses are issued only if the cancellation or reschedule occurs per Capable Inc. inability to conduct the course. Reschedules due to weather or other circumstances outside Capable Inc. control will result in an issuance of credit towards another Capable Inc. course of equal pricing. No refunds will be issued for the cancellation on the part of the attendee/student, Course credit will be issued.
