Developed from and built around the END|Strength principles, the Speed & Agility Program is designed to develop explosiveness, speed and the ability to stop and change of direction with precision. about being stronger, faster, and more powerful. It is geared for the competitive shooter, but will serve any athlete who wants to improve agility without compromising strength. The program is 5 or 6 training days per week with workouts of 40-60 minutes in duration. A typical session includes strength development, an anaerobic conditioning workout, and agility / speed work.
This program is a shared, group program billed monthly and delivered via the convenience of FitBOT coaching software.
