Developed from and built around the END|Strength principles, the Assaulter Program is all about being stronger, faster, and more powerful. It develops the strength, speed, and stamina needed shock troopers need to action an OBJ. The program is 5 or 6 training days per week with workouts of 40-60 minutes in duration. A typical session includes strength development, an anaerobic conditioning workout, and speed prep.
This program is a shared, group program billed monthly and delivered via the convenience of FitBOT coaching software.
