Developed from and built around the END|Strength principles, the Mil-Spec program will develop the strength and endurance needed to arrive on target and accomplish the mission. The program is 5 or 6 training days per week with workouts of 40-60 minutes in duration during the week and a 60-90 minute workout on the weekend.
