Developed from and built around the END|Strength principles, the RECCE Program is all about being stronger, faster, and going further.
It develops the strength all personnel need while providing the longer endurance work recce and reconnaissance elements need for the extended op. The program is 5 or 6 training days per week with workouts of 40-90 minutes during the week and a 60-120min session on the Saturday (workouts can be shifted to fit your schedule). A typical session includes strength development, conditioning work, and an endurance component.
This program is a shared, group program billed monthly and delivered via the convenience of FitBOT coaching software.
